We have spent considerable time and effort putting together the best program for wrestlers. You will find this different from what you will find in magazines because what you find there is garbage. Ours IS the program you should be using.

Inspiration from philosopher-poet and stone lifter Steve Jeck,
co-author of Of Stones and Strength

The Strangest Secret

Writer, speaker, and radio man, Earl Nightingale once said
that six words changed his life:
"We become what we think about."
He called it "The Strangest Secret," but it was really no secret at all.
Decades before him, Napoleon Hill said,
"What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve."
Centuries before Hill, Marcus Aurelius said,
"Our life is what our thoughts make it."
And a millennium before him, King Solomon said,
"As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he."
It doesn't matter whom you decide to quote.
What does matter is what is taking place
on a regular basis between your ears.
What do you think?

FAILURE TO PREPARE IS PREPARING TO FAIL

The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather in a lack of WILL                                                                                      -Vince Lombardi

Life is too short to be weak."

*Here's a great Furey tip: add one Hindu Squat to your repetition total per day. If you are only doing 25 Hindu Squats per day, by adding one repetition each day, you will be doing 380-straight per day. By that time you're going to have legs like steel.

NO EXCUSES!
